Definitions and Interpretation

The following words and terms carry specific meanings throughout these terms and conditions:

1.1 Platform

"Platform" refers to the 5zz website (5zz.cam), the mobile browser version, and all services and features under it.

1.2 User / Member

"User" or "Member" refers to any person who has completed registration on 5zz and is using any service on the platform.

1.3 Account

"Account" refers to a member's personal, non-transferable online account through which they can access 5zz services.

1.4 Bet / Wager

"Bet" refers to a confirmed amount of money placed from a member's account on the outcome of a specific game or event.

1.5 Money and Currency

All transactions on 5zz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account on 5zz. No person under the age of 21 may use this platform. We may request proof of identity for age verification at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, IP address, or device is prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false or misleading information will be treated as fraud and may result in account closure.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

For security purposes, 5zz reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. This process may involve requesting a copy of a national identity card, passport, or other valid government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.

Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Login Credentials

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. 5zz will never ask for your full password by phone, email, or live chat.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on 5zz via any payment method is ৳300. Deposits below this amount will not be processed.

4.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount via any method is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be accepted.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. This timeframe may increase during identity verification or any ongoing investigation.

Funds sent via any other method may not be refundable.

4.5 Third-Party Payments

Deposits and withdrawals must be made only through a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Using a third party's account is prohibited. Violating this rule may result in immediate account suspension.

4.6 Currency Conversion

5zz processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka only. Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳4,000 will earn you an additional ৳8,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳12,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw bonus funds. Example: if you receive a ৳8,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳160,000 in bets.

5.3 Bonus Validity Period

Each bonus comes with an expiry date. If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Cashback

5zz's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can move up to higher tiers through regular activity and platform use.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

If abuse of the bonus system is detected — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or any other fraudulent method — the accounts involved and all associated bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless 5zz itself acknowledges an error. All bets are finalized based on the information recorded on 5zz's servers.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined by a fair and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). In the event of any dispute over a game result, 5zz's server logs will be considered the final evidence.

6.3 Technical Errors

Announced results or payments may be voided due to any software or hardware fault. In such cases, 5zz will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and will notify affected members accordingly.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

Specific rules for the relevant sport apply to betting on any sports event, including cricket, football, and kabaddi. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, the bet amount is generally refunded — however, the specific rules for that sport will apply.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5zz platform:

7.1 Fraudulent Activities

• Creating an account using a false identity, fake documents, or another person's identity
• Operating multiple accounts or colluding with others to place fraudulent bets
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to place bets

7.2 Money Laundering

• Depositing funds from illegal sources onto the platform or attempting to legitimize money through it
• Suspicious transaction patterns that indicate money laundering

7.3 System Hacking

• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's software, servers, or network
• Sending malicious code or viruses with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of the platform

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 5zz's Rights

5zz reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without stating a reason. This action may be taken in particular for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
• Identity verification not completed
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Suspected underage user
• Legal or regulatory reasons

8.2 Account Closure by Member

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our live chat support. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance, provided identity verification has been completed.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that remain inactive for an extended period, 5zz may apply an inactivity fee or close the account. The member will be notified in advance in such cases.
